Signature Move: Psychic Yo-Yo [Using its psychic power it makes a sphere attached to two ropes that look like pink clouds. As the spheres start to spin a pink ring begins to take shape this is how its Psychic Yo-Yo is created. This move takes two turns to start but if used consecutively it can be used immediately.] 

Pokedex Entre
This bright pokemon can only be seen during cherry blossom bloomings for it love the sweet scent of the flowers.

Fun Facts:
The wings took me a while to do because I had to custom color them.
The idea for the design was a Naga Fairy.
This is first pokemon I did that is actually using its signature move.
